This version contains the biggest fixes ever! (More than 20 bugs fixed) Your machine should be much more compatible with this version than the previous ones. I also update resources from Vista pre-RC1 build 5552 so it’s a worth release rather than bug fixes.
Overview

This program will transform your Windows user interface to the Windows Vista ultimate look and no one will never notice it’s the same old Windows XP (or 2003)

Features

Vista Transformation Pack will replace many of the resources in Windows XP/Windows Server 2003. It can change such things as:

Boot screen
Welcome Screen / Logon Screen
New msstyles files (visual styles)
New desktop and file icons
New toolbar icons
Progress Dialogs
Sounds scheme
System Tray icons
New Wallpapers
Windows Media Player Skins
And much more

Fixed applying missing Vista UI transformation to setup files bug
Fixed language id debug dialog when repair in Maintenance Center
Fixed missing resources patching for Media Center and Tablet PC Edition
Fixed missing some files during Vista UI transformed setup installation preparation
Fixed new updated files missing after uninstallation when use re-apply Vista UI transformation mode
Fixed obsolete language id checking bug in repair function
Fixed rebuilding icon cache console dialog disappearance bug
Fixed rebuilding icon cache incompleteness problems (I programed it to delete IconCache.db so it should be better)
Fixed resource extracting using Resource Hacker bug on some non-English langude id with letter
Fixed SideBar obsolete uninstallation that might cause problems to Vista SideBar
Fixed Start orb misalign for VistaStart (by 1 pixel)
Fixed system files uninstallation bug (system files restored after uninstall, all same)
Fixed Vista Toolbar Throbber animation bug
Fixed Vista Visual Pack’s execution problem on Vista UI transformed setup files that doesn’t have GUIRunonce.
Fixed WindowBlinds installation path detection bug
Fixed WindowBlinds skin installation on Vista UI transformed setup install launch bug
Fixed Windows logo in System Properties overlapping bug
Fixed wordpad.exe patching failure (wrong file location)
Fixed unable to execute “ResourceHacker.exe” on Vista UI transformed setup install bug
Fixed uxtheme.dll patcher execution issues (couldn’t execute file xxx.com, patch doesn’t work, etc.)

Updated Vista cursors from Pre-RC1 build

yup i got it here from this website. its cool. its just added license when i press the registry icon.. i hope its not a spy. so far its ok. Thanks for the fast line for VTP. Im using it now.Congrats i saw ur posting regarding MP11. Atleast safe cause no add-ons.By d way I use 4:3 in the booting VTP, is there a difference , mas maganda ba if i use 16:9? thnx vmuch. By d way why irenic, if u dont mind is ur name irene?:)))T.C.

Mines ok . No problem, working perfectly! I thinks VTP is more complicated i.e installation, resources than Crystal xp which i use before. But VTP is more unique.I really like d new look!!!:)

Also be careful when you unistall! i had a nother transformation pack like this one and it damaged my windows xp when i unistall it! be careful you may need to reinstall windows after!!!!

This piece of s*h*i*t software damaged my computer! its 100% crap! DON'T DOWNLOAD IT! i had to reinstall my windows! and with this transformation pack after you unistall and reboot your computer you can't access windows! i lost about 55 programs (some i did not back up) ...::::CRAP:::...

how do you correctly apply this? i've installed VTP v5.5 in safe mode.. yet my visual style, wallpaper didnt change worse is that my rundll crahses!

hey! what a damn happened to my yahoo messenger 8.0, it always closes everytime i click or rightclick on its icon on taskbar, therefore nothing happens after ive installed this vista transpormation pack.
what shouild i do???

geezus, this thing seems to be more trouble than its worth. of all the reviews i read here and other sites like Softpedia has common complaints ranging from the pc slowing down to apps or even the whole OS crashing altogether.

is it safe to install this thing?

what benefit does this have versus just getting a skin that looks like Vista? (like the stuff on WinCustomize)?
